3. Order Processing & Delivery

The project shall be divided into phases and timelines as specified by the Project Manager. The final approved Scope of Work, along with the approximate date of delivery and payment schedule for each phase, shall be individually specified by the designer and/or Project Manager.

The estimated completion date of the project (“Handover”) will be determined based on the approved work plan. Any modifications, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or additional customizations requested by the client may impact the delivery timeline.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Polo Kitchens, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they meet the highest standards. As all our kitchen solutions are custom-made and tailored to specific requirements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
